Customer Support Representative

Pay: Starting at $17 per hour plus commission, paid weekly
Job Type: Contract, full-time and part-time
Location: Conway, SC (on-site)
Training: Paid training provided

About the Role

Help customers by phone with vacation reservations, booking changes and account questions. No travel experience needed.

What You Will Do

• Answer calls and help customers with reservations
• Explain packages, pricing, dates and promotions
• Make new bookings and change existing ones
• Enter customer and reservation details accurately

Schedules

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Saturday to Tuesday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Weekend part-time: Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

What We Are Looking For

Required

• Friendly and professional on the phone
• Reliable and comfortable on a computer
• Open to sales and commission
• At least 18 years old

Preferred - Not Required

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, call centers, reservations or phone sales
