Pay Range: $17.87 - $21.60/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service and support for customer inquiries related to shipping insurance, account services, policy administration, claims support, shipment tracking, and general account maintenance.
  • Analyze and resolve customer problems efficiently.
  • Assist in studies to determine customer incentives.
  • Develop and prepare proposals for customer leads for account executives.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as distributing mail, filing, faxing, duplicating, processing forms, typing, preparing reports, and auditing documents
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
