Qualifications:
Educational Qualification
- PUC / 12th Pass (CBSE/ICSE Boards Preferred).
- Any Undergraduate (UG) or Postgraduate (PG) qualification is accepted.
- Open Schooling candidates will not be considered.
Mandatory Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Neutral accent preferred.
- No MTI (Mother Tongue Influence).
- Good grammar and sentence construction skills.
- Strong customer handling and relationship management abilities.

- Customer Support
- Debt Recovery
- Collections Process
- Ability to work with a UK-based Credit Card customer support and collections process.
Experience Requirements
LevelExperience
- L1: Minimum 6 Months International Voice Process Experience
- L2: 6+ Months International Voice Process Experience
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in International Voice Processes.
- Strong listening, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries and collections conversations professionally.
- Comfortable working in target-oriented and customer-centric environments.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
