We are hiring someone to help with support for Luma.
The ideal candidate has hosted events, quickly learns new software, writes well, and has a friendly demeanor.
It's an interesting role since we have a lot of AI tooling that you'll be able to use and iterate on.
It's remote-friendly and flexible on timezones + hours. We can pay significantly more than a typical support role - $30-45/hr.
As a reminder, clarity and professionalism are important to us.
