Pay Range: $30 - $39/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming telephone calls, chats, and tickets
  • Assist with order problems, exchanges, edits, and tracking
  • Develop knowledge of products and services, effectively conveying this information to customers
  • Understand and resolve compliance issues in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Be an active team member, supporting overall teamwork and morale
  • Adhere to all established procedures, policies, and safety rules
  • Maintain established performance levels
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Completed Secondary Education
  • Experience working in customer service-related work
  • Basic understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce
  • Ability to effectively communicate over the phone and via email
  • Customer service skills and professionalism with a strong ability to diffuse customer concerns
  • Strong investigative skills and sense of urgency
