You’ll work directly with a Customer Success Manager to support clean energy developers, general contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth integration and continued value as they navigate IRA and PWA compliance.This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven startup at an early stage and have a real impact on product direction, customer experience, and industry transformation.---**Key Responsibilities:*** Support Customer Success Manager in execution of day-to-day activities* Customer service tailored to IRA/PWA compliance workflows* Serve as the primary point of contact for user questions, issues, and feedback* Build strong relationships with customers, proactively identifying ways to increase platform value* Collaborate with Product and Engineering to share customer insights and influence feature development* Help develop support content, best practices, and compliance resources* Monitor usage data to detect adoption trends and flag potential risks* Provide compliance support around prevailing wage, apprenticeship tracking, and documentation requirements---**What We're Looking For:*** 0-2 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation (SaaS/startup preferred)* Experience or familiarity with federal labor compliance, IRA/PWA rules, or the clean energy sector is a _strong plus_* Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment* Ability to translate complex compliance topics into clear, actionable guidance* Bonus: Experience using SaaS platforms, Loom, Notion, or similar---**Why Join Us:*** Ground-floor opportunity at a mission-driven startup* Remote flexibility and results-oriented culture* Work with a collaborative, experienced founding team* Direct impact on decarbonization and fair labor practices* Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits
