Customer Success Manager (CSM)

At NestifyTech Solutions, We’re looking for a proactive and empatheticCustomer Success Manager to drive customer retention, satisfaction, and growth. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers achieve maximum value from our product or service.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage customer relationships post-sale through renewal.

• Onboard new clients and ensure successful adoption.

• Monitor customer health and usage metrics; proactively address issues.

• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with Sales.

• Act as the voice of the customer to internal teams.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Familiarity with CRM and customer success tools (e.g., HubSpot, Gainsight, Zendesk).

• Experience in SaaS, B2B, or tech environments preferred.
