Compensation: Target $110,000 annually, with flexibility based on qualifications
Duration: 2-Year Project, with potential for long-term opportunities
Position Overview
We are seeking 25 dynamic Organizational Change Managers (OCMs) to support a large-scale enterprise AI transformation initiative focused on the implementation and adoption of Google Gemini.
This is a highly visible, people-focused opportunity for professionals who are passionate about artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and helping organizations embrace new technology.
The ideal candidate combines strong organizational change management or program management experience with hands-on AI knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to make complex technology approachable for users of all technical backgrounds.
This is not a traditional behind-the-scenes change management role. We are looking for engaging, adaptable professionals who enjoy working directly with people, delivering training, solving problems, and driving meaningful technology adoption.
Key Responsibilities
-
Drive end-user adoption of Google Gemini through hands-on training, coaching, and change management initiatives.
-
Conduct individual and group training sessions, workshops, demonstrations, and interactive learning experiences.
-
Translate AI capabilities into practical, everyday business applications for employees with varying technical abilities.
-
Develop user guides, training materials, instructional videos, presentations, FAQs, and other educational resources.
-
Partner with stakeholders, project teams, and business leaders to identify adoption challenges and support implementation activities.
-
Communicate the benefits of AI tools, address user concerns, and build enthusiasm for new ways of working.
-
Support project planning, communications, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness activities.
-
Collect user feedback, identify knowledge gaps, and recommend improvements to training and adoption strategies.
-
Track training participation, adoption progress, and other project deliverables as required.
-
Serve as an approachable, knowledgeable AI advocate and resource throughout the implementation.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience in organizational change management, technology adoption, program/project management, corporate training, learning and development, or digital transformation.
-
Strong understanding of generative AI tools, preferably Google Gemini, and their practical business applications.
-
Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations, system rollouts, or large-scale organizational initiatives.
-
Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
-
Demonstrated ability to train and engage audiences ranging from nontechnical employees to senior leaders.
-
Experience developing instructional content, user documentation, training videos, and adoption resources.
-
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project deliverables.
-
Confident, personable, enthusiastic, and comfortable providing one-on-one coaching and group instruction.
-
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a broader implementation team.
Highly Desirable Experience
-
Previous experience with Client, Client, PwC, EY, or a similar enterprise consulting or technology transformation organization.
-
Direct involvement in Google Workspace, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or other enterprise generative AI deployments.
-
Experience developing and executing organizational change management or AI adoption strategies.
-
Familiarity with ADKAR, Prosci, or other structured change management methodologies.
-
Experience measuring technology adoption, user engagement, training effectiveness, and change readiness.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are especially interested in professionals who can bridge the gap between technology and people.
Successful candidates will be natural communicators and engaging facilitators who can build relationships quickly, simplify technical concepts, inspire confidence, and help employees incorporate AI into their everyday workflows.
Additional Information
This initiative is expected to run approximately two years, with potential opportunities for continued employment on additional programs based on performance and business needs.
Sacramento-area candidates who can support activities in Rancho Cordova are strongly preferred. Remote arrangements may be considered for exceptionally qualified individuals.
