Customer Success Specialist – SaaS Industry Preferred

Are you passionate about building strong customer relationships and driving retention in a fast-paced SaaS environment? We’re looking for aCustomer Success Specialist to help clients maximize our solutions, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and manage lasting customer relationships

• Develop tailored success plans to drive adoption and retention

• Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales

• Collaborate with onboarding, sales, and product teams

• Advocate for customers, providing insights and feedback

• Track key CS metrics (LTV, MRR, Churn, renewals) and drive revenue growth

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 3+ years in client success, project management, or account management (SaaS preferred)
✔️ Experience with CRMs (Salesforce,Monday.com), Zoom, Google Apps, and Slack
✔️ Proven ability to drive customer retention and satisfaction
✔️ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
