SUMMARY:
In this role as a Customer Service Specialist, you will support government and municipal clients by ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments. You will manage a high volume of transactions, resolve customer inquiries, and maintain detailed records in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. This opportunity offers a chance to demonstrate your attention to detail and communication skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Working onsite in Fort Worth, TX, you will be part of a team dedicated to delivering high-quality service.

PAY RATE: $16/hour
LOCATION: Fort Worth, TX 76137
SCHEDULE: 3 agents: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; 3 agents: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle inbound customer calls from start to resolution, including payment processing, inquiries, complaints, and information requests.
- Provide courteous and professional service to internal and external customers, aiming for high satisfaction.
- Follow security protocols and confidentiality standards when handling sensitive financial data.
- Accurately document all transactions in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to type and speak simultaneously while navigating systems during live calls.
- Comfortable using computers, including email and web browsers.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or data entry.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high integrity and confidentiality.
