Customer Service Specialist (Engineering Graduate) – Ankara

We are looking for anengineering graduate who will start inCustomer Service, grow intoInside Sales, and eventually progress to anAccount Manager role. You will manage order processes, support customers and distributors, and build the technical and commercial foundation for a long‑term commercial career.

What you will do:

• Manage end‑to‑end order administration and fulfillment
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, logistics and internal teams
• Maintain accurate ERP data (SAP)
• Support Customer Service operations and later Inside Sales activities
• Join customer meetings and learn our technical product portfolio
• Ensure smooth delivery, documentation, and issue resolution

What we look for:

• Bachelor’s degree inEngineering
• Interest in developing throughCustomer Service →Inside Sales →Account Management
• ERP knowledge (SAP preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
