Customer Service Representative (Windows & Doors)
North York, ON | Full-Time

We are partnering with a well-established company in the building materials industry, specializing in windows and doors, to hire a Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time, in-office position focused on delivering exceptional customer support while identifying opportunities to upsell products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, and issue resolution
• Maintain accurate customer information through data entry and system updates
• Utilize strong phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
• Identify opportunities to upsell products or services
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Analyze customer feedback to support continuous service improvement

Qualifications:

• Experience within the windows and/or doors industry preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficiency in data entry and computer systems
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze information and provide solutions
