(Tools may include NetSuite, Shopify, ShipStation)

Technology & SaaS – Assist customers with apps and onboarding
(Tools may include Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot)

Real Estate & Property Management – Help with tenant inquiries and service requests
(Tools may include Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium)

Hospitality & Tourism – Assist with reservations and guest questions
(Tools may include Opera PMS, TripAdvisor)

Healthcare Support – Help with scheduling or billing questions
(Tools may include athenahealth, AdvancedMD, DrChrono, Tebra)

Legal Services – Assist with client intake and documents
(Tools may include Clio, MyCase, DocuSign)

Non-Profit Organizations – Support donor records and administrative tasks
(Tools may include Raiser’s Edge, Neon CRM)

Projects and Services may include:

• Responding to customer inquiries by email, phone, or chat

• Helping with orders, returns, or account updates

• Assisting customers with questions or concerns

• Recording customer interactions in support systems

• Escalating issues when additional assistance is needed
