Customer Service Representative- Iraq / Basra Branch

Job Summary

Provide high-quality banking services to individual customers by handling inquiries, accurately processing transactions, and providing the necessary support to enhance the customer experience and improve service quality.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide the required support within the branch.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about banking products and services.
• Execute customers’ daily banking transactions, such as account opening, data updates, and card issuance.
• Follow up on customer requests and ensure their completion within the appropriate timeframe.
• Assist in promoting and selling banking products to individual customers.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, or refer them to the concerned departments.
• Comply with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare periodic reports on customer service levels and customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in the banking sector or a in a similar role.
