Customer Service Representative (French)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading international car and van rental companythat is seeking to onboard a Customer Service Advisorto join their team. The role focuses on delivering personalised customer support throughout the rental process, assisting with reservations and identifying opportunities to recommend suitable additional services.

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Braga, Portugal

Work model: On-site

Employment type: Fixed term (6 months) with possible extension

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver excellent, personalised customer service via phone, email and messaging channels

• Assist customers with enquiries and provide support throughout the car rental process

• Provide information about rental reservations, available vehicles and service options

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable rental options and additional services

• Handle customer queries professionally and promptly, ensuring effective issue resolution

• Build positive customer relationships through strong communication and customer service skills

• Identify potential business opportunities while maintaining a high standard of customer support

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication skills

• Good computer skills

• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend relevant additional services
