Location: Ellenton, FL (Onsite)
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to $17.50/hour
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Days Off: Sunday & Monday

About the Role

We’re looking for aCustomer Service Representative to support customers, business partners, and drivers in a fast-paced delivery environment. You’ll help keep deliveries on track, resolve customer concerns, and coordinate order changes while providing excellent service.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers and business partners by phone and email
• Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve customer issues
• Monitor delivery routes and progress
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
• Process delivery order changes and cancellations
• Communicate with customers, drivers, and business partners to resolve issues
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and organization

What You’ll Need

Required:

• Experience with Microsoft Office, includingMS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of related customer service experience
• Previous call center experience
• Experience in delivery, transportation, or logistics
• Ability to provide professional, customer-focused solutions under pressure
