Customer Service Representative

Pay: $400 per week base plus uncapped commission

About the Role

Sparta Networking is hiring Customer Service Representatives to help customers by phone with reservations, account updates and booking questions.

What You Will Do

• Answer incoming customer calls
• Make and update reservations
• Explain options and answer questions
• Keep customer and account records accurate

Schedules (Monday to Friday, in-office)

• Day: 9:45 AM to 5:00 PM
• Evening: 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM

What We Are Looking For

Required

• Clear phone communication
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Dependable attendance
• At least 18 years old

Preferred - Not Required

• Customer service, retail, hospitality or call center experience
