Customer Service Representative

Required:

• Experience in financial services.
• College degree or previous contact center experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or call center.

• Highly professional, career-driven, and committed to World-Class Service.
• Strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Experience handling high-volume inbound calls while meeting performance metrics and service levels.

Preferred:

• Financial services or banking experience.
• Experience handling inbound calls and account-related inquiries.
• Experience with Cash Management, online banking, and mobile banking support.
• Demonstrated employment stability and a record of successfully completing prior assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on accounts.
• Respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
• Consistently meet key department performance metrics.
• Provide functional support for Cash Management products and services, Online and Mobile app, and general account or financial-related inquiries.
