We are looking for a energetic and friendly Customer Service Representative to assist customers and help with basic tasks in Quick Books
Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls and assist front desk
Help customers with questions about orders or services
Create invoices and process payments in Quick Books
Provide excellent customer service, etc.
Requirements:
Experience in customer service preferred
Basic knowledge of Quick Books
Good communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented
