Family owned and operated service company is expanding. My client is looking for experienced Customer Service Representative that can join the team.
Responsibilities
· Interact with customers in person and on the phone
· Enter order information into database
· Follow up on placed orders
· Re-stock inventory
Qualifications
· Data Entry skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Prior parts counter experience highly desired
