Customer Service Representative

JOB SUMMARY

 To assist with all duties required by the Customer Service Representative, creating a culture of outstanding customer service, employee development and increasing shop sales; while upholding the Company’s Standards as set by Peppercorns as well as the Business Goals set by HADCO Limited.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

 This position reports to the Store Manager.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Maintains a comprehensive knowledge about all products.

• Manages the customer environment.

• Ensure goods are properly received, accounted for; and all necessary documentation is forwarded.

• Conducts regular stock checks.
• Ensures the store is kept tidy and organized.

• Promotes current in-store promotions.

OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform any other duties as assigned by the General Manager or Store Manager, that may be deemed essential for the effective functioning of the Department. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 CXC Ordinary Level passes
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Pleasant disposition and well mannered
• Team Player

REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

• Certificate of Character

• Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to multitask while serving customers.
• Highly organized, energetic with a strong commitment to outstanding customer service.
