Job Title:Help Desk Representative
Location:Remote (U.S. based only)
Duration:6 months (with possible extension)

Description:
We are seeking U.S. Citizens to join our Help Desk team supporting federal programs. In this role, you will:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Document inquiries and escalating issues as needed
- Use help desk software to track and resolve requests
- Follow compliance protocols when working with sensitive information
- Work scheduled shifts (Mon–Fri between 6 AM–9 PM CST; Sat 6 AM–6 PM CST)

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Familiarity with help desk software and telephone systems
- Strong communication and problem‐solving skills
- Must pass federal/state background checks

Work Environment:
- Remote U.S. based role
- May require weekend shifts
