Customer Service Representative

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
• Customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and time management, make customers happy
• Assembly of required documents and review for accuracy
• Adhere to the companys plan for resolving customer concerns quickly and favorably
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing and other office procedures.

Qualifications

• Communicate with customers via phone
• Giving full attention to what the customer’s needs are, asking questions, and directing the conversation
• Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
• Strong verbal and written communications
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years’ customer service experience preferred
• Must pass drug screening
• Must pass criminal background check
