Role : Customer Service Rep

Hourly Pay :$19/hr
Location : Columbus , OH

Duration : 6 Months extension upto 24 months followed PERM

Client Support Service Professionals handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on brokerage accounts. Calls will require a high degree of accuracy and efficiency while consistently meeting key department performance metrics. Functional support areas include Brokerage Cash Management products and services, Brokerage Online (client website) and Mobile app, and general account or financial-related inquiries.

Successful applicants will be highly professional, career-driven, and committed to delivering World-Class Service.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming client calls regarding brokerage account service inquiries.
  • Provide support for Brokerage Cash Management products and services.
  • Assist clients with Brokerage Online and Mobile app inquiries.
  • Address general account and financial-related inquiries accurately and efficiently.
  • Consistently meet key department performance and service metrics.
  • Contribute effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Multitask and adjust quickly to changing priorities in a busy financial service center.
  • Maintain a professional, client-focused approach while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

  • College degree
  • Previous contact center experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to change.
