Location: Wentzville, MO
Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts on a three-week rotating schedule (includes one scheduled weekend)
Work Setting: Onsite
Compensation: Starting at $20.00 per hour

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll combine genuine hospitality, product knowledge, and thoughtful recommendations to create personalized experiences for our neighbors. From answering an initial question to helping someone find and purchase a complete solution, you'll play an important role in building trust and making their journey easier.

Through hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and real-world experience, you'll continue developing the knowledge, confidence, and judgment needed to serve our neighbors well. What You Will Do

• Connect with neighbors through inbound phone calls, understand their needs, and help them find the right products and solutions.

• Ask thoughtful questions, explain product options, and confidently guide neighbors toward complete solutions and purchasing decisions.

• Follow up with neighbors through outbound calls to answer additional questions, offer guidance, and help them take the next step in their journey.

• Learn our towing, trailer, RV, and outdoor products while using available tools and resources to provide accurate, trusted recommendations.

• Process orders, document conversations, and manage neighbor information accurately using our systems.

• Collaborate with teammates and product experts to solve challenges and create a seamless experience for our neighbors.

• Take ownership of your work, apply feedback to improve your performance, and have some fun while helping our neighbors journey.

• You're organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing conversations and information in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or another people-focused role is helpful, but a positive attitude, strong judgment, and willingness to learn matter just as much.
