Customer Service & Operations Consultant (Part-Time)

We have multiple part-time job opportunities available as we ramp up for summer available. If you have exceptional customer service skills and aren't afraid of hard work then you could join our team based in the city at150 Kilmore Street, Christchurch.

As what we call a Rental Operations Agent you will be the first point of contact for our customers in this is an entry level position.

• Part-Time positions working 20 & 30-hours per week

• Fixed Term until end of February 2027

• Entry level with training provided

About the Role  

From our customer counter you will greet and interact with customers, market products and services and complete rental transactions, contracts and bookings.

To ensure our customers always get the best experience, you will also be required to inspect vehicles for damages and assist with the cleaning of our vehicles from time to time.

What we are looking for:

• Full, clean, valid class 1driver’s licence is essential for this role

• Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service.

• Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided)

• Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.

We operate 7 days a week, 7.30 am to 6 pm, for these roles we are looking for availability to work either 20-hours or 30-hours per week during our operating hours but roster will include 1 day on the weekend.
