Customer Service [MM01-006-010]

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Motorcycle Customer Service to join our team. The role involves assisting customers in selecting suitable motorcycles, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service.

Working Hours
Mon-Sat (9.30am-6pm)

Location
Setia Taipan, Shah Alam

Monthly Salary Range
RM1,700 - RM2,300 + Commission + Allowance

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in and online customers (WhatsApp, social media, calls)

• Recommend suitable motorcycles based on customer needs and budget

• Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and financing options

• Handle sales process from inquiry to closing

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Prepare necessary sales documentation
