CUSTOMER SERVICE (BDC) ASSOCIATE

Location: Miami, FL
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive salary + performance bonuses + benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, some Saturdays as needed

Role Overview:
The BDC personnel is responsible for driving customer satisfaction by following up with customers post-service, identifying opportunities for improvement. You’ll collaborate with the service team. Make service appointments, help with the Loaner fleet management, meet and greet customers when is needed..

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct timely post-service follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction 
• Address and escalate customer concerns before they impact ACE scores
• Track trends and provide regular feedback to management
• Maintain accurate and organized records of communication and resolutions 
• Assist with phone calls and loaner agent process
• Build strong relationships with internal staff to ensure alignment 
• Assist the service advisors with the daily process
• Make appointments, meet and greet customers when they drive up.

• Professional, friendly, and empathetic demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and organization 
• technology savy
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
