Customer Service Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders from order entry to delivery, ensuring accurate processing, timely invoicing, and effective follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet customer requirements and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels, prepare demand forecasts, and support stock planning to prevent shortages and overstock situations.
• Arrange local and export shipments, manage logistics documentation, and verify freight costs and shipping requirements.
• Support daily sales operations by maintaining records, monitoring product quality status, and tracking pricing, packaging, and lead-time updates

Qualifications:

• College or University degree
• Basic proficiency in written and spoken English
• Familiar with SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel & Word)
• Experience in Garment (Apparel) & Textile industry is an advantage
