Help connect customers with programs and services that make a difference. Support community outreach, promote energy solutions, and build meaningful relationships that increase awareness, participation, and customer engagement across Minnesota Power's service area.

What you'll do

• Assist in the planning, promotion, and delivery of Minnesota Power’s customer programs and services which may include energy conservation, renewable energy, beneficial electrification, or other programs, as assigned.  
• Assist in developing and implementing customer outreach and engagement strategies that increase customer awareness and participation in Minnesota Power’s customer programs and services. 
• Represent Minnesota Power at community events, conferences, media engagements, and public presentations to promote customer programs and services.
• Support customer outreach, stakeholder engagement, marketing coordination, training, and community-based activities that increase program awareness and participation. 
• Establish and maintain positive relationships, internally and externally, to promote company goals.  

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree 
  OR
  • Associate degree or technical degreePLUS two years of related experience 
• A valid driver’s license and the responsibility to maintain it.

The expected annual compensation range for this position is $54,000 - $67,000. Compensation offered to the selected candidate will vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, training, and experience. Additionally, this position qualifies for a comprehensive benefits package including:
