As aCustomer Marketing Activation Specialist, you will bring customer marketing strategies to life by creating impactful activations, campaigns, and commercial initiatives that drive growth and engagement. Working closely with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams, you will help strengthen our customer partnerships, support product launches, and ensure flawless execution across all touchpoints.

What You Will Do

• Execute and adapt marketing plans for assigned customers based on national strategies. 
• Collaborate with commercial teams to keep the customer product portfolio market competitive. 
• Monitor and report on product mix and pricing trends; support in developing recommendations. 
• Deliver sales support materials, product training sessions, and co-branded content to enhance customer understanding. 
• Implement both online and offline customer marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent execution across touchpoints. 
• Contribute to customer engagement via loyalty programs, targeted promotions, and digital initiatives. 
• Track campaign and budget utilization metrics, escalating risks or deviations as needed. 
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on promotions, launches, and merchandising.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 
• 2–3 years of experience in a marketing support or customer-facing marketing role. 
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills. 
• Familiarity with campaign management, content adaptation, and digital marketing tools. 
• Ability to create marketing assets such as brochures, presentations, and product sheets. 
• Solid data and reporting skills; comfortable using Excel and CRM systems. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• Customer-centric mindset with a keen eye for detail. 
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally. 
• Working proficiency in English.
