Job Title: Customer Intake Representative

Pay: $15.00–$16.00 per hour
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

Solar Equity Solutions is seeking an organized and customer-focused Customer Intake Representative to help prospective customers complete the initial documentation process. This position will contact customers, collect required documents, upload them to a company portal, and forward completed files to the booking department.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers by phone, text, and email to request required documents.
• Explain documentation requirements clearly and answer basic questions about the intake process.
• Follow up on missing, incomplete, or unreadable documents.
• Review submissions for completeness and confirm customer information is entered accurately.
• Upload documents to the appropriate customer file in the company portal.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications, documents received, and outstanding items.
• Forward completed files to the booking department and communicate any outstanding concerns.
• Handle customer information confidentially and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and managing multiple customer files.
• Basic computer proficiency, including email, data entry, and uploading documents.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous customer service, administrative, call center, or document collection experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
