About this Position

The Customer Delight Coordinator is akey memberof the Customer Experience Team.In this role, youwill support the continued satisfaction of NetElixir’s clients by developing and delivering effective customerdelightstrategies.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You will…

𝔁Deliver Client Delight:Proactively map and identify opportunities to delight NetElixir’s clients across the entirety of their journey, identify touch points through the client journey to improve and elevate the client experience. You will also continually review and evolve NetElixir processes to effectively track, oversee, and organize all interactions with the customer throughout the lifecycle and last but not least execute clinically to deliver client happiness.

𝔁Win as One Team:Collaborate with Client Strategy, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure cross channel compliance for customer experience initiatives and communicate process revisions to team members accordingly, while ensuring messaging to clients remains consistent. You will also provide timely guidance and advice to Client Strategy leaders on how to strengthen their client relationships by delivering happiness.    

𝔁Explore:Continually think outside the box for means to improve the continued experience of NetElixir’s clients. You are always looking to design and test strategies to enhance the customer experience of our clients and enjoy exploring new and fresh ideas, implement them, and improve upon them after.

You have…

𝔁Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or another related field

𝔁2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role

𝔁Experience with an organization or agency in the Hospitality Industry is a Plus.

𝔁Proficient in Microsoft Office

𝔁Strong client communication and time management skills

𝔁Goal driven, creative and persistent

𝔁Outstanding analytical and Problem-Solving skills
