Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic business environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business-critical applications.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through complex problem-solving scenarios.
- Continuously evaluate and improve support processes to enhance team efficiency and service quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Customer Data Platform & Integration.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with development, operations, and business teams to address technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate technical information to diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with integration patterns and data flow management within enterprise environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Data Platform & Integration.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
