TheCustomerAccountCoordinatorprovidesexceptionalsales,product,andordersupporttoanassignedOEISalesteammember,theircustomers,andotherbusinesspartnersforallproductlines,withtheexceptionofWallproducts.

The CAC is responsible for all inbound pre-sales and post-sales activities generated by their assigned account group. Pre-sales responsibilities includepreparingquotes,pricing,andrelatedcustomersupport.Post-salesresponsibilitiesincludecoordinatingtransportationanddeliveryscheduleswiththeappropriateOEIandKIdepartments,aswellasensuringthetimelyresolutionofquality-relatedissues.

TheCACmustpossessbroadtechnicalknowledgeofOEISystems,Desk,andSeatingproductsandservicesinordertodeliverfirst-classservicetoallOEIandKIinternalandexternalcustomers.

Responsibilities

• DevelopandprovidecomprehensivequotesforOEIproducts,includingSeating,Systems,andDesking,utilizingtoolssuchaseSpecandothercustomer-requiredplatforms.
• Create,review,andvalidateproductcheckliststoensureaccuracyandcompletenesspriortoorderprocessing.
• Supportthemock-upprocess,includingapproval,review,installation,andfinaldisposition.
• Coordinatefreightquotes,colormatches,samplerequests,testingrequests,COM/KOMrequirements,pricing,andapprovals.
• Provideproductpricing,technicalsupport,andtrainingassistanceforOEIproductsandservices.
• Reviewandprocessorderspecials,submitrequestsasrequired,andcoordinatespecialdrawingapprovalswithcustomers.
• CoordinateexpeditedleadtimeswithProduction,CustomOptions,Design,andTransportationteamsasneeded.
• Managedeliveryandinstallationschedulechangeswithinstallersfollowingorderrelease.
• Review,process,andmanageorderchangesandcancellationsafterorderentry.
• Processandadministerbillingactivitiesforconsignmentprograms.

What you Need to Succeed 

• Associate'sor Bachelor'sdegree,orequivalentcombinationofeducationandexperience.
• Twoormoreyearsofcustomerservice,salessupport,orprojectmanagementexperiencepreferred.
• ProficiencywithBPCS,MicrosoftWord,Excel,Outlook,eSpec,andSAP.
