As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project requirements, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver effective and efficient software solutions that support business operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative software solutions that enhance business processes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in their technical development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors framework.
- Experience in integrating SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with other enterprise systems and applications.
- Familiarity with data migration, data management, and reporting functionalities within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable software solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
