Cust Contract Admin Analyst 2

Join our dynamic team in San Antonio, TX, where you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, spending four days on-site. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual responsible for the proper evaluation and interpretation of contracts to ensure accurate and timely payments per the terms and conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely execution of GPO fees and rebates, and maintain clear communication with Offer Development, Commercial Integrator, Business Unit, and SCVP.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as Offer Development, Sales, Business Unit, Accounts Payable, and SCG to review and resolve contract eligibility or rebate issues.
• Analyze and resolve disputed fees and rebates.
• Develop variance analysis reporting to identify material fluctuations in sales at the customer and/or material level, ensuring data accuracy and appropriate payment of fees.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required in Finance, Accounting, or other business-related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Commercial Contracting or Fee/Incentive payment-related financial activities.
• Understanding of commercial contract development and management.
• Ability to act with speed, agility, and accountability to drive desirable outcomes.
• Adaptability to work in an evolving organization undergoing significant change.
• Highly analytical problem solver with solid business acumen.
• Ability to engage with key business partners to evaluate key drivers and analytics to assist in the development of clear strategic recommendations and anticipate business needs.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions in a clear, understandable way.
• Advanced working knowledge in Excel, Database (i.e., Access, Power BI, Oracle), and Data Mining tools.
• Proficient in Qlikview, Microsoft Power BI, and SAP BI/BW in the context of Reporting.
