About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and passionate Curriculum Director to help lead a high-quality early childhood education program in the Atlanta area.
Our school provides a nurturing, discovery-based learning environment where young children are encouraged to explore, create, ask questions, and develop a lifelong love of learning. The educational approach blends Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and the Theory of Multiple Intelligences, emphasizing hands-on exploration, creativity, individualized learning, and the development of the whole child.
With small class sizes and a collaborative approach to education, the school values strong partnerships between educators and families and recognizes that every child learns differently. The goal is to create an engaging environment where children develop the social, emotional, and academic foundations needed for future success.
This is an excellent opportunity for an education professional who enjoys supporting teachers, coordinating curriculum, and helping create a positive, engaging environment where both children and educators can thrive. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of early childhood education, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a collaborative leadership style. Flexibility, a positive attitude, and a sense of humor are also important in this dynamic school environment.
