Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, relevant education and/or training, and performance related bonuses and incentives.

Whatyou’ll do as an Internet Salesperson: 

• Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions toidentify needs, and resolving customer concerns 

• Enthusiastically lead customers through their sales journey 

• Schedule appointments with customers to view and test drive new and used inventory 

• Document and update customer records based on interactions 

• Develop andmaintain a knowledge base of the new and used inventory the dealership carries 

• Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, by e-mail, or in person
