Injection Mould Technician

Key Responsibilities Start-up, shutdown and troubleshooting of automated machinery Fault finding across control systems, and production equipment Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance Supporting continuous improvement and new product introduction projects Monitoring machine performance and resolving processing issues Ensuring compliance with GMP and quality standards Maintaining a safe and clean working environment Completing technical documentation and reports

Requirements: Experience as an Automation Technician or within injection molding Minimum 5 years’ experience Background in high-volume manufacturing Strong fault-finding across mechanical and electrical systems Hands-on, practical problem solver with a strong technical mindset Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with supervisors and cross-functional teams
