AI Business Analyst

Job Description

• 5 – 8 years as a Business Analyst within Financial Operations, FinTech, or Enterprise Automation programs.
• Experience creating PDDs, BRDs, business cases, user stories, and functional specifications for AI and automation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI use case lifecycle, from opportunity identification through implementation and benefits realization.
• Experience measuring and validating FTE savings, productivity improvements, cost avoidance, and business value outcomes.
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, document intelligence, and conversational AI solutions.
• Ability to assess process suitability for AI, RPA, workflow automation, or process re-engineering.
