As aSpeech Language Pathologist, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care—performing comprehensive assessments, developing individualized plans of care, administering physician-prescribed treatment modalities, and guiding patients through to successful discharge as part of a collaborative team committed to clinical excellence and professional development. This role is full time and will work 40 hours per week (days).

The Role -What You’ll Do
Our Speech pathologists deliver care aligned with our patient centered values assess, diagnose and treat a wide range of speech language, cognitive communication, voice, swallowing and fluency disorder through:
- Evaluation of patients and development of individualized treatment plans including ongoing assessment and discharge planning
- Collaborate with patients, families and the interdisciplinary team to support care goals and optimize outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation while promoting a safe, compliant care environment aligned with safety and infection prevention standards
Qualifications -What We're Looking For
- 🎓 Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- ✅ Current state Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- ❤️ BLS/CPR Certification required
- 🏅 Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) from ASHA or Clinical Fellowship Year Status is required for this position.
Physical requirements -What you need to know
- A significant amount of standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling, often for prolonged periods of time.
- Both gross and precise motor functions.
- Lifting/exerting of up to 50 lbs.
- Possible exposure to bodily fluids.
- Visual acuity required for patient assessment and documentation of care.
- Acute hearing required for accurate patient assessment.
- Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment and computer keyboard.
- Close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
