Description

Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Configure and support Marketing Module components including Journeys, Segments, Topics, Compliance Profiles, Emails, Forms, Views, and Content Blocks.
Design and develop PCF Controls, Plugins, Workflows, and Model-Driven Apps.
Build integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, and Azure Integration Services.
Integrate Dynamics CRM with external enterprise applications.
Perform CRM customization, configuration, ribbon customization, sitemap editing, and app design.
Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
Prepare Technical Design Documents (TDDs).
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and application defects.
