For a long-term engagement supporting an internal CRM team and operations within an enterprise environment, we are looking for an experiencedCRM Solution Architect / Senior Consultant (Dynamics 365). The role combines hands-on consulting with architectural ownership and technical leadership of two CRM Developers. The Solution Architect acts as the main point of contact (SPOC) towards the client and ensures overall solution quality and integration into the existing system landscape.

Act as SPOC for the client’s internal CRM team and business stakeholdersOperational collaboration in CRM implementation and enhancement initiativesTechnical leadership and coordination of two CRM DevelopersArchitectural design across Microsoft Dynamics 365 modulesFocus on:Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights, Project OperationsDesign and documentation of solution concepts for complex requirementsDefinition of integration strategies with third-party systemsAnalysis of existing application landscape and alignment of CRM architectureGovernance of Azure-based integrations and system interfacesEnsuring scalability, maintainability and performance of the CRM ecosystemTranslation of business requirements into high-level technical concepts
Requirements
