[solidcore] is seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team at HQ in Arlington, Virginia. This role executes the campaigns and journeys that guide clients through their [solidcore] experience, from first class to loyal member, across email, SMS, and push notification channels.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Lifecycle and Marketing Operations, you will build, schedule, and optimize the messaging that engages, educates, converts, and retains [solidcore] clients. This role blends copywriting, project management, and analysis to keep every touchpoint in the client journey accurate, on-brand, and performing well.
The ideal candidate has hands-on CRM platform experience, strong attention to detail, and genuine interest in the fitness and wellness space.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign & Journey Execution
Build and schedule email, SMS, and push campaigns in Klaviyo, ensuring accurate send times, audience targeting, and QA before launch.
Set up and maintain automated client journeys (e.g. new studio openings, onboarding, new client trial, member nurture, new modality, etc.), and propose updates to improve performance.
Draft copy and provide feedback on agency-produced creative in Figma and Canva, applying [solidcore] brand and tone standards.
Build and validate client and prospect segments based on lifecycle stage, ensuring audiences are sized and targeted correctly before send.
Partner with the Lifecycle team to translate client behavior data into segmentation logic and personalization strategy.
Run A/B tests on subject lines, send times, and content to improve engagement and conversion.
Pull and summarize campaign performance data, using platform reporting and tools like InsightsOS, Tableau, and reporting capabilities in Klaviyo into clear, actionable recaps.
Maintain a shared content calendar, keeping cross-functional partners informed of send dates and any changes to marketing initiatives.
Use AI tools to accelerate campaign development and reporting workflows (e.g., drafting copy variants, summarizing performance data, streamlining QA), while maintaining brand voice and data accuracy standards.
Coordinate with Digital, Brand, and Field teams to keep CRM messaging aligned with broader marketing initiatives and studio-level communications.
Flag opportunities where site or app experience could better support CRM program goals, and share with the relevant team.
