The position manages system enhancements, releases, integrations, access, data-related requests, vendor coordination, documentation, training, and governance activities. The CRM Administrator works independently with limited supervision, exercises sound technical and operational judgment, and communicates regularly with college leadership, faculty, staff, vendors, and other partners to ensure CRM services remain reliable, secure, accessible, and aligned with the college’s strategic and operational needs.  This position is responsible for ensuring appropriate information and data security protocols are implemented and adhered to.

This position will actively advance the college’s strategic goals, including to achieve equity in educational outcomes and to support a culturally responsive and service-oriented culture, through individual and departmental efforts.
