Your Role

Project Manager:

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex AI-driven projects, integratingAgentic Engineering,LLM, andVLLMtechnologies
• Oversee the entire system development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and maintenance
• Act as a key facilitator for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholders management
• ⁠Well understanding of core API concepts, including REST principles and data formats like JSON
• Increase security awareness into the entire project lifecycle, fostering better collaboration with development and operations support.
  
  

Business Analyst (Entry-Level or Experienced):

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and prepare project documentation
• Support the system development lifecycle, including design, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and on-site user support
• Research and resolve system issues efficiently, ensuring seamless project delivery
  

Accountabilities

• Liaise with business users to create clear, actionable project documentation
• Participate in all phases of the system development lifecycle: requirements gathering, system design, development, testing, UAT, implementation, documentation, and maintenance
• Provide on-site support during UAT and parallel runs
• Research, resolve, and communicate system issues promptly and accurately
• Deliver insightful project status reports to management

About You

We’re looking for candidates who bring:

• Education: Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Data Science, or related disciplines
• Experience: 2+ years of project management experience, with a track record of experience shipping applications and/or AI transformation projects, contributing to business continuous improvement;  less experience required for entry-level Business Analyst roles
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, ability to work independently and analytical thinking, ability using API testing to validate application functionality, and fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is a plus)
• Passion: Self-motivated with a keen interest in learning new products and solutions, includingAgentic Engineering,LLM, andVLLM
• Mindset: Proactive, collaborative, and eager to contribute to innovative AI-driven projects
