Location: Kennesaw, GA 30144
Pay: $23-$27/hr
Duration: 7-Month Contract
Schedule: Hybrid after training

We are seeking aCredit & Collections Specialist to manage customer accounts, drive collections efforts, resolve billing and payment discrepancies, and maintain strong customer relationships. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and collect past-due balances.
• Investigate and resolve billing, pricing, cash application, and account discrepancies.
• Identify credit risks and monitor delinquency trends.
• Review and release sales orders.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and leadership teams to resolve account issues.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and follow-up records.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in Credit & Collections, Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, Finance, Reporting, or Business Analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Data Analysis).
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience supporting Credit, Collections, Finance, or Sales teams.
