Pay Range: $23/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct education verification for providers undergoing initial credentialing.
Manage data entry and maintain accurate records in a timely manner.
Provide exceptional customer service and support within a medical office environment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with credentialing standards.
Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Excel for documentation and communication.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

At least1 year of experience in data entry, customer service, a medical office, credentialing, or a related healthcare operations role.
Previous experience with education verification for providers undergoing initial credentialing is a must.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
Strong attention to detail, time management, communication, and organizational skills
