- Lead end‐to‐end creative projects from concept through delivery, ensuring on‐time, on‐budget outcomes.
- Coordinate across designers, copywriters, marketing strategists, and stakeholders to translate business goals into clear creative deliverables.
- Build and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks with proactive mitigation and clear status updates.
- Serve as the primary stakeholder contact to set expectations, manage feedback loops, and communicate progress.
- Identify bottlenecks, resolve roadblocks, escalate strategically, and balance business needs with creative and technical constraints.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast‐paced environment while maintaining quality and brand standards.
- Drive effective meetings, creative brief alignment, approvals, and version control with structured workflows and documentation.
- Use Asana (or similar) to track milestones, dependencies, and resourcing, and to report on health, risk, and outcomes.
- Present plans and results clearly, influencing stakeholders and enabling timely decisions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of creative operations, processes, templates, and best practices.
- 5+ years of experience in an in‐house creative or agency environment managing creative projects end‐to‐end.
- Proficiency with project management software, preferably Asana.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline‐driven environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholder management strength.
- Demonstrated leadership that motivates cross‐functional teams and drives accountability.
- Hybrid from Draper, UT preferred; open to fully remote for the right candidate.
